Hip Hip Hooray! I just weighed in at WW and I lost another 1lb 2 oz. That makes a grand total of 7lb 2 oz. So I am slow but surely on my way to reach my goal of 25 lbs. I just started to walk this week. I walked down to the end of our street and up the side street to the main street and back down and over. About 1 mile. It was a good 20 minute jot. I feel good about it.
I am getting used to being a little hungry when I finish my meals and go to bed and I am starting to restrain myself from grabbing snack foods and sticking to my eating regime. I also have learned to eat 1/2 sandwiches when I eat out and always to order a salad and fill up on that type of food with the dressing on the side to just dunk my salad goodies in. It is working and I am looking forward into fitting into those jeans again.
