Happy Birthday to Me.................

Wow ...It's my Birthday!!!! Well actually it was Thursday....I had a wonderful day and week....my family celebrated with me and friends on Sunday along with Easter...then on Wednesday my hubby took me out to my favorite restaurant, Walt's Wharf....for some scrumptious Coconut Shrimp. And then on Thursday my stitching friends gave me a little celebration WOW.....I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family and friends to celebrate my special day!!!

Happy Birthday and Happy Easter!!!

It was a happy weekend, my Birthday and Easter...I made my daughter an Easter "pink" bunny bouquet, I also made my son's girlfriend a birthday bouquet as it is her birthday on the 13th and I won't see her. The cute "belly dancer" was crocheted by one of my members in my stitching group and they gave her to me for my "b" day, isn't she adorable? 

hubby gave me a Lilly plant. :) [tradition] the family had fun eating and foolling around, the g-daughters are growing like weeds, and my niece sent me a china "April" tea cup and tea, and the eggs are the ones my g-daughters colored.They were really pretty. :)

A New Blog Heading and The Easter Bunny

As you can see I designed a new header for my blog. :) The photos are all ones that I have taken. Point Breeze Designs is the name I use for all my designs, it is where I grew up in NY and I have fond memories from there. the photo is of the beach at the end of the road I lived on and I took it with all the driftwood when I went back to visit my sister in the 90s. The squirrel is my backyard little friend. So tell me what you think?

Now today is Easter and I thought I'd share all you need to know that I learned from the Easter Bunny....

I learned from the Easter Bunnythat....

Don't put all your eggs in one basket.

Everyone needs a friend who is all ears.

There's no such thing as too much candy.

All work and no play can make you a basket case.

A cute tail attracts a lot of attention.

Everyone is entitled to a bad hare day.

Let happy thoughts multiply like rabbits.

Some body parts should be floppy.

Keep your paws off of other people's jelly beans.

Good things come in small, sugar coated packages.

The grass is always greener in someone else's basket.

To show your true colors, you have to come out of the shell.

The best things in life are still sweet and gooey..

Easter Celebration with Birthday!!!!

It's my Birthday!!! What a fun day kids and g-kids were all here and the egg decorating began then they hunted for their baskets and then we ate Lasagna and salad and then I got to open all my presents...I got a gift certificate for Joanns, a certificate to detail my car.. :) oh goody and $$$ and candy, and my g-daughters made me cute hand painted cups... :) I had so much fun with everyone over....then we tried taking a "serious" group photo...as you can see my family is not serious.. :) ....
