The Dollar Store




It's Friday and the weekend is just beginning!! Hooray!!!

I started to get ready to go to the $1 store and realized that I spend a lot of time there getting cards, wrapping paper, party supplies, little gifts for friends for fun and just generally check it out weekly to see what new items they have. That was when I thought,

 "What would did we do before the $1 store?"

  1. I spent more money
  2. I traveled more going from store to store to get a better price
  3. I cut out way too many coupons for a discount
  4. I bought less
  5. I gave less
  6. My parties were not decorated quite as "festive"
  7. I spent a fortune on cards
  8. I didn't send as many cards due to cost
  9. I ordered cutsy items through magazine ads adding S&H costs
  10. I love the Dollar Store

    lol..i love the dollar store..would you believe my older sister(alot more$$ than I have) had never been to a walmart or a dollar store..took her there and she was just amazed at the low prices..LOL I just grinned and said welcome to my world :)

    Me too, it is amazing to find someone who has not ventured into the $1 world...I also love thrift stores and have a favorite one I visit often.... :) along with estate and garage sales...
